Bradleys kallrökningsenhet gör kallrökningen ännu enklare

Aldrig har det varit enklare att kallröka än nu! Metoderna att kallröka och dra nytta av Bradleys löstagbara generator har varit många. På Bradleys eget forum har det länge diskuterats vilket som är bästa metoden. Vanligt har varit att leda röken via en kartong, vidare i en slang till rökskåpet. Och det är med glädje vi nu kan presentera en färdig lösning som gör det lika enkelt att kallröka som att varmröka. Med Bradleys nya kallrökningsenhet kan vem som helst kallröka.

Bradley Cold Smoke Adaptor makes Cold Smoking a Breeze

From inception Bradley Smokers have always produced first class results when cold smoking. Users have employed a variety of techniques to minimise the temperature inside the smoking cabinets and the best method has always been a keenly discussed topic on the Bradley Smoker Users Forum. With the introduction of the Bradley Cold Smoke Adaptor, as an accessory to the Bradley product range, cold smoking has never been simpler!

The Cold Smoke Adaptor has been designed to remove the smoke generator out of the smoke cabinet and feed the smoke through a flexible aluminium tube into the side of the cabinet . Because the bisquette heater no longer sits within the insulated smoking cabinet , the minimal amount of heat it produces is dissipated outwith the smoking cabinet which remains at or around the ambient temperature.

The cold smoking adaptor can be used with all four models of Bradley Smoker that use smoke cabinets. It comes with full instructions. Recipes for Cold Smoking are included at the Recipe Section.

If you are keen to build your own home smokehouse and need a reliable source of good clean continuous smoke then the Bradley Smoke Generator with Adaptor is the perfect solution.

We are used to seeing our smoke generators adapted into all types of structures; from old refrigerators, tea chests and disused outdoor brick conveniences.
