I received a gift of the Bradley Original at Christmas 2008 and although temperatures were freezing, it proved impossible to have a cold smoke, even with the heating element power cord disconnected. My only concern is that looking at the second chamber it looks pretty small compared to some other home-made solutions (e.g. the cardboard box and washer/dryer hose trick) .... are there any test results on the new cold-smoke adaptor to show the difference in temperature in the smoke house before and after fitting the official adaptor?
